Summary: We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who is motivated, for our international client, currently active in Italy, Morocco, Turkey, and Albania. The Company operates internationally in the retail channel through a network of over 47,000 points of sale and in the online one with 1.8 million consumers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for the Global Customer Operations Project, from job requisition to candidate onboarding;
- Develop and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events;
- Partner closely with HR Business Partner and HR Manager to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics;
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure a qualified and culturally fit workforce;
- Present the organization as an employer of choice by effectively communicating its values, culture, and career opportunities;
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction;
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights on talent availability and market conditions;
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
- Ensure adherence to relevant labour laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Work Experiences and required skills:
Necessary:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field;
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operations roles;
- Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong sourcing skills, using a variety of platforms and techniques to attract passive and active candidates;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions;
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs;
- High level of professionalism and integrity, especially when handling
- confidential candidate information;
Language skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Italian & English language (written and spoken).
