Job position: Export Sales Manager
Contract Terms: Indefinitive
Location: Tirana, Albania.

Summary: We are looking for an experienced and professional Export Sales Managers who sell products or services to overseas customers. They research potential markets, conduct personal selling visits, organise sales promotions, appoint agents and distributors and negotiate sales contracts. Some might also arrange the transport of goods and the collection of payments.

Duties and Responsibility:

- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their products needs.
- Studying the market in the target country or countries
- Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
- Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends
- Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges
- Meeting with clients here or overseas
- Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets
- Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for certain products, such as starch, waterproofing and thermal isolation products, Pinto Colors Paint and Thermax polystyrene products etc.
- Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents
- Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing.

Work Experiences and required skills:

- At least 3 years in sales sector
- Preferred candidates who have experience in the field of construction and retail.
- Strong experience with both dealer and direct B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing sales plans built on targeted strategies.
- Excellent business sales skills (i.e. communication through writing, presentation development, delivery, and project management).

Language skills:

Proficient in English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
