Job position: Recruiting Intern
Location: Tirana, Albania.

Summary: Profesionisti Recruitment Agency is offering a Part time internship to start immediately with up to 30hrs a week with the potential of full-time opportunity upon successfully completing the Internship Program.

Show Us You Can:

- Assist with recruitment tasks and operational activities. Responsibilities may include reviewing applications, conducting candidate phone interviews, scheduling interviews or other meetings, assisting with events, or other responsibilities as needed.
- Post positions to various external job boards, review incoming applications, reject any unqualified applicants, reach out to qualified candidates to schedule phone screens.
- Schedule phone interviews and collect feedback on candidates.
- Create, edit, and reformat job postings for all existing and new clients job openings.
- Post and monitor all job postings to all job portals the Agency uses.
- Screen candidate resumes.
- Schedule interview calls with the Recruitment Manager as well as other teams.
- Schedule and conduct reference checks for all potential employees.
- Aid with ongoing projects within the Recruitment and Human Resources Department of the Group.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with Senior Recruiters.
- Maintain high volume experienced and campus candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system.
- Document and optimize processes across both Recruitment and HR while delivering top-notch candidate experience.
- Collaborate and support as needed in other areas across the Recruitment Agency.

Required Qualifications:

- Working to obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology.
- HR capacity is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in scheduling meetings in Outlook.
- Strong interest in building a career in Recruitment or HR and a desire to work across many areas within the HR/Recruitment departments
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while having a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Extraordinary attention to detail.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong collaboration and time management skills.
- Previous internship experience or office environment work experience preferred.
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Ability to work at least 25 hours per week.
