    Location:                 Tirana (Albania), Hybrid

    Summary: We are looking for a Middleware Platform Expert who is a motivated and tech-savvy person for our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector and is currently active in Italy, Morocco, Turkey, and Albania, with an offer that includes lotteries, betting, online games, and amusement machines. The Company operates internationally in the retail channel through a network of over 47,000 points of sale and in the online one with 1.8 million consumers.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Discipline Leader and working alongside operations teams, the Middleware Administrator will be responsible for software availability, architecture design, and system maintenance.
    • You will have the opportunity to be involved in a dynamic international team, working on innovative technologies and enforcing DevOps mentality and automation solutions.


    Work Experiences and required skills:


    • You have at least three years of experience in a similar role;
    • You have leadership in J2EE Application Servers (like WebLogic), Web Servers (Apache), and
    • Streaming platforms (Kafka, message broker, MQ), etc.;
    • You are comfortable with DevOps tools and methodologies
    • You are proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined;
    • You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written, Self-motivated, working independently where required, and being a good team player.
    • Willingness, ability, and excitement to learn new technologies.
    • Basic knowledge of shell scripting, networking, and cloud services.


    Language skills: 

    • Very good command of the English/ Italian language (written and spoken).
