Summary: We are looking for a CRM Dynamics Developer Team Lead who is a motivated and tech-savvy person for our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector and is currently active in Italy, Morocco, Turkey, and Albania, with an offer that includes lotteries, betting, online games, and amusement machines. The Company operates internationally in the retail channel through a network of over 47,000 points of sale and in the online one with 1.8 million consumers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will join the team CRM specifically in the Management Systems & Test Factory – and will report to the Domestic & International Management Systems Manager;
• You will be able to lead the technical team towards the best-in-class solutions. You will be required to develop Dynamics 365 (9. x) solutions within complex areas to analyse and design solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics using Enterprise UML tools (Enterprise Architect). In addition, you will manage our CRM suppliers

Work Experiences and required skills:

Necessary:

• You have at least six years of experience in the same role;
• You have excellent knowledge of Stack Microsoft;
• You have proven and solid knowledge of Dynamics CRM (DYNAMICS 365 (9. X) OOP), Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI…), C#, T-SQL, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, REST WEB SERVICE;
• You are a problem-solver with good communication skills;
• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
• You know how to work with and lead a team.

Preferably, you also have:

• Basic knowledge of custom .net solutions (Web App, Mobile app…) through company ESB and Azure service (Azure Service Bus, API management, Logic Apps…).

Language skills: 

• Very good command of the English/ Italian language (written and spoken).
